Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior HR Shared Services Representative to serve as the first contact for employee information and issue resolution. You will support onboarding, benefits, payroll, and HR reporting, coordinating with HR partners and IT to ensure accurate data and smooth transactions.

You will conduct new-hire orientations, respond to inquiries, process terminations, and help maintain SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Finance.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of onboarding, benefits, employment, pay-related practices, and company policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a diverse group.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Office Environment; 4 days in office, 1 day remote.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, Off-boarding, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Reporting, Audits and Compliance.
• Pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screening, I-9, and new hire paperwork.
• Conducts new employee orientation in-person or via TEAMS.
• Responds to HR inquiries from employees and managers via phone, chat, email, or in-person.
• Completes termination documents and exit interviews.
• Runs reports and analyzes data; uses Excel for v-lookups, pivot tables or graphs.
• Data entry into HRIS; mass uploads and data audits.
• Interfaces with HR, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and IT.
• Resolves cases; escalates complex issues to HR Shared Service Manager.
• Updates SOPs and identifies process improvements.
• Assists with other HR Shared Services projects.
• Maintains confidentiality; provides backup to team members.

The Senior HR Shared Services Representative serves as first point of contact for employee assistance and information. Obtains and provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or elevate issues in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures. This function works closely with the field HR teams, employees and management. This position also supports the department in the administration of assigned transactional work.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the Shared Services team, completes assignments in areas such as: Onboarding, Off-boarding, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Reporting, Audits and Compliance.
• Handles all aspects of pre-employment onboarding, including background check and drug screening process; I-9 completion; new hire paperwork; and communications with candidate, management and HR partner.
• Conducts new employee orientation in-person or via TEAMS.
• Professionally and accurately responds to written and oral inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes. This will include telephone, chat, e-mail and drop-in face-to-face interactions.
• Completes termination documents and conducts exit interviews.
• Runs reports and sends to business partners; may need to analyze data and use Excel to create v-lookups, pivot tables or graphs.
• Data entry into HR system for all employee-related changes, including performing mass uploads and data audits.
• Interfaces with Corporate Human Resources, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and IT departments to assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems.
• Quickly and accurately resolves cases in professional, sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Serves as a first-line resource for other members of the HR Shared Services team.
• Escalates complex cases to the HR Shared Service Manager or field HR resources.
• Updates team SOPs and works to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with other HR Shared Service Center projects, as needed
• Maintains high degree of confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as requested.
• Serves as backup to other HR Shared Services team members when they are out of office

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and reporting
• Requires knowledge of various areas of human resources including onboarding, benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, and company policies and procedures
