Job summary

Qualifications

• Identify, assess, aggregate, and document risks and compliance controls across HR functions.
• Communicate results of risk and compliance work to governance committees and leaders.
• Implement new risk policies, practices, appetites, and solutions to ensure holistic risk management.
• Executes risk and compliance activities per enterprise policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of the regulatory landscape and key challenges.
• Coordinates regulatory requirements and examinations.
• Contributes to risk measurement tools and reporting.
