USAA Life Insurance Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Senior Business Support Analyst to analyze complex business, financial, and operational data to support planning and decision-making. You will collaborate across departments to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and reduce risk while enabling business value.

The role requires 6 years of experience in end-to-end business analysis and a strong foundation in accounting concepts, reconciliation, and data analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Experience in end-to-end business analysis, financial operations, accounting support, and/or operational planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of reconciliation processes and data analytics is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains an understanding of overall complex business functions with in-depth knowledge of specific areas/functions.
• Provides expertise in development of business goals and objectives to exploit all distribution channels, leverage data, and simplify processes.
• Provides operational support on current complex processes and supports business operations and management in identifying opportunities and solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Validates information and interfaces with other departments to include presentations of documented findings, alternatives and recommended actions.
• Participates in planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of new and modifications to existing applications and processes.
