Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Compliance Risk Advisor to provide second-line support in compliance advisory areas and to contribute to the CMS. The role applies subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues, documents analyses, and supports risk-informed guidance with escalation for higher-risk matters.

The position is hybrid, based at Mountain America Center in Sandy, UT, with in-office expectations on Monday and Tuesday, and requires collaboration with peers to

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of related compliance, risk, audit, banking experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
CUCO or CRCM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed compliance advisory support in key functional areas.
Perform compliance risk assessments and gap reviews.
Review marketing materials for regulatory accuracy.
Support regulatory change implementation.
Maintain records of advisory conclusions and training reviews.
