ManpowerGroup client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support leadership teams and employees across the Woodland, CA operation.

The role partners with executives on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and talent development, while analyzing HR metrics to inform business decisions. A BA/BS in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting leadership teams and employees across the organization. Location: Woodland, CA

Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Training Schedule (First Week): 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

• Regular Schedule After Training: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• If additional training time is required, the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
