HR Generalist
Washington, DC
Salary: Up to $90,000
Onsite Position

What You'll Do

As an HR Generalist, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees by providing guidance across a wide range of HR functions, including:

Employee Relations & Leadership Support

• Coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, workplace investigations, and terminations.
• Provide conflict resolution support and guidance on sensitive employee matters.
• Serve as the primary HR resource when onsite HR support is unavailable.

Training & Compliance

• Facilitate onsite training programs to strengthen leadership effectiveness and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Assist with candidate screening and onboarding compliance requirements.
• Coordinate DOH background checks, fingerprinting, and related employment screenings.

Compensation Support

• Partner with Compensation teams on job leveling and market analysis.
• Provide compensation insights specific to assisted living and healthcare environments.
