Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and HR partnerships.
• Experience in consulting or PEO services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and development plans.
• Partner with management to improve work relationships, morale, and retention.
• Lead HR audits and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
