Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Internal Human Resources Specialist to lead employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide strategic HR guidance to managers and leaders. You will partner with compliance, performance management, and policy development to drive organizational performance while ensuring adherence to employment laws and company standards.

The role emphasizes rigorous investigations, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred or willingness to obtain within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and allegations of misconduct.
• Lead and participate in compliance and policy development activities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and coaching practices.
• Prepare investigation summaries and maintain organized records.
