Aramark is seeking an HR Generalist Sr. Analyst at Bolger Center in Potomac, MD to provide support to managers and staff on HR policies and workplace matters. The role emphasizes employee relations, investigations, and ensuring policies are applied consistently across the organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in employee relations, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and holds a Bachelor's in HR or equivalent experience. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in employee relations or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with case management technology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve general employee relations issues; provide direction and recommendations to all levels of leadership.
• Provide consultation to managers on policies and compliance regarding employment-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns regarding employment practices.
• Conduct interviews and prepare relevant documentation using investigation guidelines.
• Recommend appropriate resolution of complaints and develop action plans.
