You'll handle recruiting, payroll tasks, data corrections, and implement morale programs. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment at Aramark.

Qualificações

• 1 year in office setting and administrative functions, HR experience preferred.
• Ability to create, plan and manage creative HR strategies.
• Knowledge of EEO laws and general HR policies.
• Confidential handling of employee information.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement internal HR processes within ARAMARK guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop employee motivation and morale programs.
• Handle day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, coaching.
• Assist in processing payroll and time-tracking corrections.
• Ensure accurate data input for wages, vacation, and related items.
