Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior HR Process & Solutions Consultant to join our HR Service Delivery team in the United States. The role bridges HR and technology, translating business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions and driving execution across global HR programs.

You will collaborate with HR Digital, HRTS, and other stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and enable automation while ensuring a strong colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-8+ years in HR Operations, HR Technology, HR consulting, or related roles.
• Experience driving execution in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred; ServiceNow a plus).
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized initiatives or workstreams within larger HR programs.
• Diagnose problems across process, policy, and systems.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and actionable solutions.
• Create and manage requirements, process documentation, and implementation plans.
• Partner with HR Digital and HRTS to design, deliver, and improve scalable solutions.
• Own workstreams from problem identification through implementation and adoption.
• Balance complexity with pragmatic tradeoffs to maintain momentum.
• Serve as trusted partner to HR stakeholders and shape feasible solutions.
