Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in progressive HR, global matrix setting.
• Master's degree preferred.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
• Excellent consulting, coaching and collaboration with leaders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities.
• Project management skills to coordinate complex HR initiatives.
• Fluent English; additional languages valued.
• Willingness to travel to support multiple locations.
