Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 10+ years related experience.
• Experience leading data governance/data management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data risk management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions.
• Develops, communicates, and implements a holistic strategy for own specific business management function in support of the overall business strategy.
• Oversees/leads/manages and plans work activities that may require alignment across multiple areas.
• Leads the team in the development and/or integrated implementation of policies/procedures across multiple functional areas.
• Leads partners to management and respective teams for area of specialization with industry awareness; recognizing and anticipating emerging trends.
• Identifies issues and opportunities and recommends action to senior management.
• Forecasts programs/initiatives and demand, and coordinates prioritization with key stakeholders.
• Provides functional/business level communications to ensure messages to stakeholders are aligned to strategy.
