Job summary

CertaSite, a fast-growing fire protection and life safety company, seeks an HR Manager to guide team member relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance across multiple locations. The role partners with APi HR resources to deliver practical, scalable HR solutions that support rapid growth and workforce needs.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational leadership, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with broad responsibility.
• Experience advising and coaching managers on complex HR matters.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR advisor to leaders and team members on workplace concerns, performance, attendance, conduct, policy interpretation, and employment matters.
• Coach managers through complex situations; conduct or support investigations and recommend actions.
• Support performance management, pay decisions, and annual planning with leadership and HR resources.
• Develop, interpret, and maintain HR policies and compliance across locations.
• Partner with APi HR resources to leverage enterprise capabilities and support growth.
