Job summary

Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to organizational leaders, guiding employee relations, talent development and engagement across our health system.

You will coach leaders on development, conflict resolution, change management, and workforce planning, ensuring HR practices align with goals and promote a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required.
• Five or more years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Healthcare or mission-driven organization experience preferred.
• Experience supporting organizational change preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on employee development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
• Support leadership development, onboarding, career growth, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze workforce trends and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with HR leadership and organizational leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, and employee experience.
• Promote consistent HR practices and recommend improvements to policies and processes.
