Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR Client Services team supporting leaders and employees across multiple business lines in the North Central US, primarily in the Chicago region. You will act as a trusted advisor, strategist, and coach, deploying HR strategies and enabling a high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related HR experience.
• HR certifications such as PHR/SPHR/GPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Experience in matrix global organizations is an asset.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
