Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Partner to collaborate with leaders and employees to drive engagement and align HR initiatives with business goals. This onsite role emphasizes strong employee relations, policy interpretation, and coaching leaders across the organization.

The candidate will partner with site leaders and COEs to deliver change programs, performance management, and talent development, while supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness efforts.

Qualifications

• University degree and 10+ years HR experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of HR experience.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HR Employee Relations Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting leaders and employees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promoting positive employee relations and supporting the company’s People Strategy.
• Driving engagement initiatives using data to identify and mitigate organizational risks.
• Providing HR policy interpretation and ensuring consistent and fair application across the organization.
• Addressing and resolving complex interpersonal and workplace situations, including objective investigations and appropriate resolutions.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching on performance management, team dynamics, and talent development.
• Providing guidance on organizational structure, reporting lines, spans of control, and role clarity for workforce planning.
