RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to support the Fighter and Mobility portfolio within Military Engines in a hybrid role. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, lead organizational design and talent initiatives, and coach leaders to drive high performance.

The role is based in the United States with a flexible onsite/remote mix; eligible for RTX benefits and incentive programs, with a salary range of 132,400 USD to 251,600 USD. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree with 10+ years HR experience in HR business partner/leadership roles.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering coaching and mentorship to foster high-performing teams and a positive work environment.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Manage and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with priorities, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve leadership effectiveness, employee development, and overall team performance.
