Job summary

You will redesign performance management, run the corporate performance process, handle employee relations with care, and partner with leadership to align people priorities with business goals.

You will also lead engagement, culture, onboarding, learning and development, total rewards collaboration, and HR compliance for the company-wide population,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or multi-site employee population.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the corporate performance management strategy and cycle for the company.
• Serve as the primary employee relations contact for corporate employees and advise on related actions.
• Partner with corporate leadership on org structure, workforce planning, and QBR data.
• Oversee onboarding, learning and development, and compliance programs for the company.
