You will investigate complex employee issues, manage accommodations, and translate people-data insights into action across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience
• 3+ years in performance management
• Experience with global, virtual-first teams is a plus
• Fully remote, virtual-first environment with flexible schedules
• Eligible for corporate bonus and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
