We seek an Enterprise Human Resources Manager to lead enterprise-level workforce strategy, planning, and HR systems that scale with our contracts and operations. You will partner with the President, COO, and leadership to translate growth plans into people programs, design compensation and job architecture, and build workforce models across multiple companies.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience developing or implementing HR or human capital strategies.
• Experience building or scaling HR infrastructure during growth.
• Experience with workforce planning, organizational design, and compensation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise human capital strategy across multiple companies and operations.
• Create multi-year workforce plans aligned with growth and contract pipeline.
• Evaluate staffing requirements based on contracts, growth, and business needs.
• Maintain enterprise workforce planning models and strategies.
• Lead initiatives to attract, develop, retain, and deploy talent.
• Develop compensation strategy, structures, and job architecture.
• Assess organizational structure for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce structure.
