Starbucks is seeking a Senior Partner Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals. You will partner with leaders across corporate functions to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and the partner experience in Seattle.

In this senior role you will translate priorities into people programs, provide coaching on change, use data to inform decisions, and lead initiatives through ambiguity while upholding Starbucks values.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience.
• Three or more years of experience consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
• Experience supporting corporate functions or complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to develop people strategies.
• Advise on benefits, compensation, development, and Partner Resources programs.
• Implement HR strategies across aligned corporate functions.
