Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience.
• 3+ years consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
• Experience supporting corporate functions or complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and connect with leaders and partners at multiple levels.
• Experience influencing positive outcomes through consultation and practical problem-solving.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and leading through change in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience using people and business data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Strong commitment to inclusion and understanding diverse perspectives, experiences and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner Resources leader and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities into people strategies and programs.
• Advocate for partners by connecting them with benefits, compensation, development, and Partner Resources services.
• Implement Partner Resources strategies and projects across corporate functions, delivering clear actions and solutions.
• Provide coaching to leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and workforce planning.
• Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Lead through change by planning and communicating effectively during transformation.
