Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a senior PRO (HR) Business Partner to lead talent and organizational strategy for partner resources, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen team effectiveness. You will collaborate across COEs to deliver enterprise talent practices and improve partner engagement, while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple functions.

The role is based in Seattle and requires deep HR expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of human resources experience including supporting executive leadership.
• 3+ years developing organizational and talent strategies with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s Degree focused on human resources and/or business administration preferred. PHR/SPHR or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in dealing with ambiguous situations and challenges everyday in a fast-moving, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of supporting partners and leaders in multiple time zones and locations.
• Ability to connect quickly with all levels of leaders and influence positive outcomes that drive results.
• Experience leveraging existing HR resources to create new and improved processes to support the business.
