Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in SaaS/tech
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Proven GTM HR support for Sales, Success, and Marketing
• Strong business understanding and ability to connect People strategy to company goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building at all levels
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle for Americas (US, Canada, LatAm)
• Act as trusted advisor for GTM leaders
• Support culture engagement and org design to align People with business objectives
• Lead and support HR initiatives for growth, retention and performance
• Run talent and succession planning with senior leadership
• Support headcount planning and people-related costs
• Analyze HR metrics to create actionable insights
• Coach managers and employees to improve performance and engagement
