Ares Management Corporation in New York seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support Global Client Solutions (GCS) and Wealth Management Solutions (WMS). You will serve as a senior HR advisor to leadership, shaping talent and organizational strategies to drive growth across global client-facing and distribution businesses.

The role requires strategic HR leadership with deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including roles as a senior HRBP to executives.
• Experience supporting client-facing, distribution, wealth management, or related business units is preferred.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
• Strong analytical capabilities using workforce data, market intelligence, and business insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior GCS and WMS leaders, translating business priorities into HR strategies.
• Lead talent and organizational strategies to enable growth and scale.
• Oversee workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive succession planning and talent reviews across GCS and WMS.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
