Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 6–8+ years in Human Capital or related field.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel with data automation.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HC Business Partners to execute key HC priorities, including analytics, culture and engagement, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across the business as an advisor on HC matters.
• Analyze HC data to identify trends and inform talent decisions.
• Develop and maintain presentations and materials for town halls, talent reviews, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Act as a user of core HC platforms including Workday and internal HC tools.
• Drive the performance management cycle from planning through execution.
• Support year-end compensation processes with audits and analysis.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development across the employee experience.
