Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA) in Los Angeles is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR functions for designated locations with guidance from the Regional HR Director and collaboration with Corporate HR.

You will handle employee and labor relations, investigations, talent and performance management, and HR administration, partnering with field leaders and front-line staff to ensure the station’s culture and performance align with company objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years’ HR Generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to facilitate discussions and present to large groups.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Mansioni

• Lead HR functions for assigned stations with direction from the Regional HR Director and partnership with the Corporate HR functions.
• Partner with field operations leaders, front-line employees and other HR functions to ensure the station’s culture and performance align with company objectives.
