Job summary

Insperity in San Francisco seeks an experienced HR leader to manage client relationships and deliver end-to-end HR services. You will interface with client HR leaders and senior internal teams, guiding compliance, policies, and strategic HR initiatives across multiple states in a matrixed environment.

You will collaborate with DEI, payroll, benefits, and COE teams to provide comprehensive guidance and innovative HR solutions, ensuring high client satisfaction and continued growth for our clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Eight or more years of end-to-end HR operations experience with a focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles.
• Experience operating in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develops and maintains strategic relationships with client HR leaders and internal partners.
• Advises clients on HR compliance, policies, and best practices across all 50 states.
• Provides guidance on employee relations, benefits, wage and hour regulations, and performance management.
• Collaborates with internal support teams to deliver value-added HR services.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and recommends policy improvements.
• Delivers client trainings and aligns HR goals with business objectives.
