Job summary

Insperity seeks an HR Specialist to align resources and services, delivering customized HR solutions that improve performance for client businesses. You will collaborate with client management to advise on employee relations, benefits, wage and hour, and performance management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/Business Admin, 2–5 years in HR, and preferred HR certifications, with up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience required.
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of business by contributing to clients’ success and retention.
• Advises client management on employee relations, benefits, wage and hour and performance management.
• Collaborates with client management to align HR strategy and goals.
• Investigates complex employee relations issues with objectivity and thoroughness.
• Provides HR policy guidance and best practice recommendations to clients.
