Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; equivalent work experience.
• Eight+ years end-to-end HR operations experience with focus on HR Generalist/HRBP/Manager roles.
• Experience in multi-state companies with 500+ employees.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP, SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned clients, including complex accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Advises clients on HR compliance, policies, and business goals; collaborates with internal teams.
• Interacts with client HR leaders and senior executives to deliver value-added HR solutions.
• Analyzes HR data and trends to inform policies and improve organizational culture.
• Leads trainings and collaborates with Sales and Account Executives on HR goals.
