Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR operations or program management experience is required.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes, systems, and regulations with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of complex HR operational programs within HTR functions.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex or high‑risk operational matters with guidance on policy and law.
• Apply Workday expertise to govern HR data, execute complex transactions, and lead system guidance and support.
