Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant HR operations experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR operations or program management experience.
• Experience with HTR functions and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex HR operational programs within HTR; ensures compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Serves as functional authority for complex or high-risk operational matters, interpreting policy and law.
• Performs operational assessments, identifies risks, and leads improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Represents HTR in enterprise initiatives; evaluates configurations, tests systems, ensures requirements are met.
• Builds partnerships with Legal, Finance, and senior leaders to align strategy and resolve escalations.
• Develops and delivers training and SOPs for HR teams and partners.
