Transportation Management Services Inc. (TMS) is seeking an HR & Workforce Administration Specialist to optimize HR systems, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance across employment laws.

The role collaborates with multiple teams to enhance the employee lifecycle and support major events. The position oversees benefits enrollment, 401(k) administration, reports, audits, and payroll coordination, with responsibilities across the US and international staffing for both core business and

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Administration or HR Operations.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms (preferably ADP Workforce Now).
• Experience supporting payroll and employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience handling confidential employee information.
• Strong data analytics and HR reporting experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee HR system administration and ensure workflows are established and productive.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files per policies and labor laws.
• Conduct HR system audits and assist with HR compliance audits.
• Monitor benefits enrollment and reconcile carrier invoices with payroll deductions.
• Coordinate 401(k) enrollments and communications for eligible employees.
• Produce regular workforce reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, vacancies, etc.).
• Support recruitment, onboarding and HR assistance for core business and major event divisions.
