T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a senior MSC - Source to Pay Manager to own end-to-end STP processes within the Magenta Service Center. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive improvements in sourcing, contracts, procurement, and invoicing, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and based in Overland Park, KS, requiring collaboration with finance, IT, and legal teams to align on strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Preferred).
• 4-7 years of related experience within financial, shared services or operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads Source To Pay process areas with focus on expanding International Accounts Payable.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert to support audits, escalations, and projects related to STP.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives for process optimization, system upgrades and transformations.
• Analyzes data and creates reports or dashboards to monitor trends, risks and opportunities.
• Supports risk and compliance; ensures SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Coaches and guides Analysts and Sr Analysts toward process excellence.
• Partners across the business with IT, Legal, and other departments.
