Mod Op, a full-service advertising agency, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems for 240+ US employees. This role requires autonomy and collaboration across Accounting/Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leadership, with Dallas–Fort Worth preferred.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, leave programs, HR policies, and HR data in Rippling, while driving improvements and reporting to the CPO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS platform.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems data administration.
• Provide exceptional support to 240+ US employees and partner with Accounting on payroll/401k admin.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, leave programs, and HR policy communication.
• Manage HR helpdesk, leave tracking, verifications, and files handling.
• Audit HR data, generate dashboards, and provide insights to CPO and leadership.
