Job summary

DSN-IT is seeking a hands-on HR Manager in Plano, TX (onsite) to oversee daily HR operations and partner with senior leadership. You will own payroll, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compliance, onboarding, and HRIS administration with a focus on implementing and optimizing Rippling.

The role offers significant ownership today and a path toward Global HR Manager or HR Director-level responsibilities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Hands-on Rippling implementation experience required
• Full-cycle recruiting experience across professional, technical, or corporate roles
• Strong performance management experience with reviews and PIPs
• Experience with benefits, onboarding, compliance, and HR policy
• HRIS implementation experience including configuration and data migration
• Knowledge of employment law and wage‑and‑hour regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and partner with senior HR leadership
• Lead Rippling implementation, including setup, data migration, payroll configuration, and go-live support
• Own biweekly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding/offboarding
• Advise managers on policies, employee relations, and corrective actions
• Drive performance management processes and coaching
• Support benefits administration and vendor coordination
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data
• Generate HR, payroll, recruiting, and compliance reports
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and wage regulations
