Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced HR Operations lead to own day-to-day U.S. HR operations, including onboarding, moves, and offboarding, while shaping policies aligned with federal and state laws.

The role partners with the Director, People Strategy and senior leaders to drive compliant, data-driven HR programs across the business. Responsibilities include policy maintenance, audits, and investigations, plus developing training content and dashboards to monitor workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, generalist, or HRBP roles.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance; multi-state experience is a plus.
• Experience owning benefits, leave, and accommodations, policy design, and investigations.
• Experience managing U.S. immigration/work authorization processes.
• Strong ability to design, manage, and improve HR processes with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations for U.S. employee population across onboarding, moves, and offboarding.
• Design and maintain HR policies and employee handbook content with compliance alignment.
• Monitor employment law trends and update policies, processes, and documentation.
• Lead HR audits and secure data integrity across HR systems and records.
• Manage risk with policy application, documentation, and escalation of sensitive issues.
• Oversee investigations with the Director, People Strategy and Legal.
• Develop and deliver HR training content and frameworks.
• Streamline workflows and lead improvement projects across functions.
• Collaborate with other People Strategy functions on projects.
