Job summary

ClearView Healthcare Partners in Boston with offices in NYC seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee U.S. HR operations, policies, and compliance.

This role blends strategic design with hands-on delivery, supporting leaders and employees while partnering with the Director, People Strategy. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, audits, data governance, benefits and immigration, plus developing dashboards and workforce analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Approximately 7 years of progressive HR experience in professional services or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day U.S. HR operations across onboarding to offboarding.
• Design and maintain HR policies and employee handbook content.
• Lead audits, data governance, and security of HR records.
• Own and deliver HR training content and processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports for workforce metrics.
