ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking an HR Operations, Policies, and Compliance leader to manage U.S. HR operations, policy design, and compliance across a growing organization.

The role partners with senior leadership and the Director, People Strategy to align HR initiatives with business goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, dashboards, and process improvements while overseeing benefits, leave management, immigration, and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in operations, generalist, or HRBP roles; consulting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law; multi-state/global experience a plus.
• Experience owning benefits, leaves and accommodations, policy design/maintenance, employee relations and investigations.
• Experience managing U.S. immigration/work authorization with external counsel.
• Ability to design and continuously improve HR processes with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Experience with HR technology and reporting tools; building dashboards to influence decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
• Highly organized with tech fluency and data-driven HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. HR operations across onboarding, moves, and offboarding for a consistent employee experience.
• Design, maintain, and update HR policies and handbook content with compliance with laws and global alignment.
• Lead audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems and records.
• Manage policy application, risk, and escalation of sensitive issues; oversee investigations.
• Design and deliver HR training content and frameworks for employees.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and lead related projects.
• Coordinate with People Strategy functions and lead projects as needed.
• Oversee employee relations cases across lifecycle; support leaves and accommodations.
• Partner with leaders to shape engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Own U.S. benefits, plan design discussions, vendor relationships, and benchmarking.
• Lead or support compensation data integrity and pay workflows.
• Lead U.S. immigration/work authorization activities with external counsel.
