Edible Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations to own benefits, leave administration and multi-state compliance across a growing, multi-brand organization. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Director of People and partners with external counsel as needed.

You will manage benefits, leaves, payroll support and I-9/ACA processes while maintaining HRIS data integrity and driving scalable, compliant practices across states.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with benefits, leave and compliance ownership.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws (FMLA, ACA, COBRA).
• Experience administering payroll, benefits and employment-based immigration with vendors.
• Advanced experience with ADP Workforce Now; familiarity with Employee Navigator a plus.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, CEBS or related HR certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end benefits administration, vendor management and renewals.
• Lead administration of leave programs (FMLA, ADA, COBRA) across states.
• Oversee multi-state HR compliance, I-9, ACA reporting and training.
• Assist payroll operations for exempt and non‑exempt employees across states.
• Support immigration cases in partnership with outside counsel.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and accurate benefits deductions.
• Advise leaders on policies, benefits and employment compliance.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and scale operations.
• Serve as operational backup to Senior Director, driving key People initiatives.
