Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Senior HR Operations Leader to drive the people strategy for a premier luxury hospitality property. This executive role oversees all HR areas and partners with leadership across departments to align people initiatives with business goals.

The successful candidate will lead compensation, benefits, training, and investigations while cultivating a high-performance culture. On-site presence is essential across the property.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership at management level.
  • Broad knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, and training.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
  • Knowledge of Virginia employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • On-site presence required across a luxury hospitality property.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics, feedback, turnover trends, and exit data.
  • Manage HR department budget and supervise two team members.
  • Lead professional development, recognition, and leadership initiatives.
  • Serve as an approachable resource for employees at all levels.
