Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • SHRM-SCP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s mission and overall business goals.
  • Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent initiatives.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead succession planning and career development programs.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Evaluate employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys.
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure equitable pay structures.
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures and conduct regular audits.
  • Manage workplace safety and workers' compensation programs.
  • Oversee HRIS systems and data management.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior leadership

Overview:

The Human Resources Director will lead initiatives in all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
