Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR and Operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, benefits administration, employee relations.
• Solid understanding of U.S. labor and immigration regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions, including benefits, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement programs and oversee day-to-day office and people management activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment regulations, labor laws, and immigration requirements.
• Manage facilities, support internal and external audits, and coordinate corporate events and special initiatives.
• Provide operational and HR support for both V2Soft and the affiliated distillery business owned by the CEO.
