Big Grove Brewery is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own HR systems, employee data, benefits operations, compliance tracking, vendor partnerships, onboarding/offboarding controls, payroll-related HR audits, and recurring reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability across multi-location, multi-state organization.

The role partners with the Director of HR, payroll, operations, vendors, and location leaders to maintain consistent, compliant HR processes and a strong employee

Responsibilities

• Own core HR processes across all Big Grove locations.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and run periodic audits.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding controls, and compliance tasks.
• Partner with payroll to ensure accurate data before payroll runs.
