Job summary

Bloom Bridge Advisors is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own day-to-day People Operations across multiple fast-growing client companies. You will drive payroll, benefits, and compliance with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

This role requires independent work, strong process discipline, and cross-functional partnership with recruiters and client teams to ensure seamless HR operations and accurate records across states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Direct ownership of payroll and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience managing leave programs and compliance.
• Strong HRIS experience with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Experience supporting multiple teams, departments, or clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll execution and oversight.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, terminations, and ongoing changes.
• Manage leave programs including FMLA and state leaves; ensure compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and system workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes and documentation.
• Provide operations support for performance reviews and audits.
