• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to support the employee lifecycle from talent acquisition through development and offboarding.
• Provide coaching and support to office managers on people matters and policy adherence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory requirements and assist with compliance initiatives.
• Develop wellness and employee engagement programming to promote a culture of excellence and collaboration.
