• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR consulting experience.
• 5+ years of project management or strategic partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and performance management.
• Coordinate Technology HR operating rhythms, agendas, trackers, and calendars.
• Support HR governance, headcount reconciliation, immigration tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze people data and present clear recommendations to HR/Technology leadership.
