• Handles employee relations issues and investigations.
• Oversees talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership feedback.
• Supports change management and communication to drive employee engagement.
• Aligns pay and benefits with Total Rewards and firm policies.
• Maintains consistency of HR policies across the office/market.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
