Qualifications

• BS degree in an HR discipline or equivalent required.
• MBA or Master’s degree in HR discipline preferred.
• At least 8+ years of HR experience including 5 years as a generalist.

Responsibilities

• Drives overall implementation of HR plans and strategies and monitors effectiveness.
• Consults with management on HR and business issues, strategically and operationally.
• Assesses the organization’s business model and leads realignment efforts as needed.
• Leads organization-wide talent planning including profiling, assessment, calibration, development and succession planning.
• Partners with Senior Leadership to translate vision into actionable HR programs and processes.
• Drives change management in partnership with the Senior Leadership team.
• Provides coaching to senior leaders to enhance leadership and team effectiveness.
• Supports operating processes like prioritization and resource allocation.
• Develops measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs.
• Advises on employee relations issues and maintains a safe, compliant work environment.
